How much does a
private chef dinner cost?
Pricing varies based on the number of guests, the menu choice (e.g., a 3-course vs. a 5-course tasting menu), and ingredient costs.
My base rate for a dinner party starts at USD 95 per person, which includes the menu design, grocery shopping, cooking, serving, and cleanup.

How far in advance should
I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance, especially if you are looking for a specific date or holidays, as our calendar fills up quickly.
We work on a first come, first serve basis, once menu is approved and deposit paid, your Private Dinner is confirmed.
However, feel free to reach out for last-minute requests, and we will do my best to accommodate you if I have an opening

How do I book a
Private Chef Experience?
Send us a message with the following details:
- Menu of your choice (Choose one of the sample menus or let's design your own!)
- Number of guests
- Date and time you are looking for.
We will message you back with all the details to confirm your booking.
Once menu agreement is signed and deposit is paid - your Service is booked!

What's included on
The Private Chef Service?
The Private Chef Service includes:
- Designed menu
- Selection and purchase of the freshest ingredients available
- Chef and team to prepare, cook, serve and clean up afterwards.
- Add on options are also available, like: bartender, musician, decoration, beverage - Ask for more details.

What is your
cancellation policy?
We understand that things do not always happen according to plan, for that reason, if you need to cancel, please do the earliest as possible.
We will provide full deposit refund for cancelations up to 5 days prior to the service.
After 5 days, cancellations won't be refunded.

Can you accommodate
food allergies and
dietary restrictions?
Yes! We are highly experienced in catering to various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and severe food allergies.
Because the menu is custom-designed, it is very easy to tailor the meal to keep all your guests safe and satisfied.
Please let us know of any restrictions during our initial consultation.

What is the minimum
and maximum group size?
We typically serve from 2 to 150 guests.
For services to groups larger than 15 guests - the logistics are a bit different so consult us on the details.

Do you provide tableware
and serving equipment?
Chef brings his own seasonings and utensils.
We use plates and silverware provided on the villa you are staying.
For larger groups - tableware and rentals (plates, glassware, linens) can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

How long does
the Chef Experience last?
Most dining experiences last 2–4 hours, depending on the number of courses and group size.
Chef and his team will arrive an hour before the scheduled serving time to prep, set up, and begin cooking.

Where do you
provide services?
We provide private chef services across Aruba, including villas, vacation rentals, and private residences.

Do I need to prepare
anything before you arrive?
Just ensure the kitchen is accessible and clean.
We take care of everything else and return the kitchen clean like we were never there. :)

Do you serve kids? Do they pay the same as adults?
Yes! We serve kids as well!
They are part of the family :)
We have kids menus or they can eat the same as the adults, with the charge as follows:

4yrs old and less: Free of charge

5 to 11yrs old: 50% of the regular menu price

12yrs and up: Regular price

I don't need a Chef Experience,
do you have other options?
Yes!
We are happy to offer a
Chef's Delivery Meals! You can order your choices with a minimum of 3 days in advance of your desired delivery day.
Once the menu is approved and deposit paid - your order will be confirmed.
The food will be deliver at your door, hot, ready to eat.

What are the
payment methods?
We accept all credit cards, bank wire transfers and American Dollars.
For credit card - the payment can be done either via link or swipe machine (for swipe machine it has an additional fee of 6%).
Once the menu is approved, we request a deposit via link (credit card) to secure your date and confirm your booking.

What types of cuisine
do you offer?
Chef Vincent and the team have a vast experience in a range of cuisines including:

Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included.
Is left to the client’s discretion.

Do you offer
special occasion services
(birthdays, proposals, etc.)?
Yes!
We love creating memorable moments.
Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, or proposal.

Is there a service charge
or extra tax?
No suprise fee or extra charges.
Once the menu is decided, we will send you a final quote with the total of the service.
The tax is already included on the final price. No hidden fees.
